Chief Femi the managing director of Stefolga group and a board member of various organizations manages several profitable businesses in Canada, China and Nigeria.
A graduate of Civil Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Femi has several educational and professional qualifications including; Prime American Financial Training (Loan syndication), Cantel AT&T Canada training in Wireless Technologies, Rogers AT&T Canada training in GSM Technology and Simpro Canada Wireless Products Training.
With various national and international awards to his credit, Femi brings to bear cognate and wide spectrum of tested experience and exposure in diverse industries to play the role of the chairman of Hilltop Insurance Brokers Limited
Olusegun Adekoya – ACIIN, ACIB, FICARN (Managing Director/CEO)
Segun Adekoya, a professional and seasoned Insurance practitioner is one of the finest minds in the industry, with over 25 years of active experience in Insurance Brokerage. He currently manages Hilltop Insurance Brokers Limited; one of fastest growing Insurance broking companies in Nigeria.
Segun, an associate member of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers; is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Administrators & Researchers of Nigeria. A graduate of Insurance from the Lagos State polytechnic, Segun also has a Diploma in Computer Management study and a certificate in Pension Administration.
He has attended several trainings locally and internationally including: CIIN courses for Insurance Brokers Chief Executives, Corporate Governance and strategic planning, Oil and Gas Trainings among other leadership trainings.
He was Head Client services, Underwriting/Technical at Thomas Insurance Brokers Ltd, Head Private and high net worth individual Group at Carrier Insurance Brokers Ltd. Before his appointment as the Managing Director of Hilltop Insurance Brokers Ltd he was the Chief Operating Officer of Secure Insurance Brokers Ltd before his appointment as the managing director of Hilltop Insurance Brokers Limited.
Olusegun, an active golfer with multiple accolades to his credit; is a member of Ikoyi Club 1938, Island Club of Nigeria among others.
Sikiru Mohammed Usman (Director)
Sikiru Usman a seasoned and dynamic business manager is on board of several companies in Nigeria including Fosman Nigeria Limited. Sikiru, a product of the University of Jos in business administration has attended numerous business management & consultancy courses locally and internationally.
His work experience cut across consultancy, business management, marketing, building and property development.
He has worked in various capacities as director in different companies which include; Bauchi Bottling Company, Builders Product limited, George Stow African Consultant & Partners and Masdar International Consultant & Partners.
With his foresight and unique leadership style, Sikiru bring to bear his wealth of diversified experience to occupy a strategic position at Hilltop Insurance brokers Limited as a director.
Major General Shehu Usman Abdulkadir (Rtd) (Director)
Major General Shehu Usman of the Nigerian Army, accolade with the prestigious officer of the Order of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (OFR); is a highly successful military man, public administrator & business manager. A multilingual major General Usman with a wide social network is known to be a man of discipline and high level of integrity.
A well trained and highly educated Major General Usman has post graduate certificate in Public Administration in Nigeria; including certificate diploma in criminal investigation and certificate in Leadership programme both in the USA. He also has certificate in Security Management from Switzerland among other certificates.
As an expression of hard work and commitment to duty; the responsible Major General Usman has held over 26 leadership positions in Nigerian army with over 9 military awards and honour to his credit including FSS, MSS, DSS GCOM among others.
